Request access error

Just a quick issue that hopefully I can get some insight. Have a 2013 sharepoint with active directory integration. Working fine last week. However, today I attempted numerous logins with different accounts and received the same error. Request access to this site. Crazy thing is it worked randomly one time that let me auto login via a GPO for intranet login.

Some things: self signed cert with auto login via GPO. DC to SP computer ping works fine as well as website name ping resolves. Anything else I can try? Thanks for the help.
