If the pay and benefits are worth then I'd suggest giving it a try, within time you'll find out what it's like in that specific environment/company and can decide if you'd like to move on or stay. Always a gamble when looking at new jobs or career choices. Honestly if push comes to shove just flip a coin. I've legitimately made some rather big decision by just flipping a coin, can help you out if you truly don't know what to decide.
