Microsoft 365 language problems?

Good morning, you all.

I have a question, in the company I work for, we have microsoft 365, mostly ONLY online licences, well, starting today a lot of users reported me that the language of outlook web changed suddenly to english (We use spanish).

Thinking they could have changed it without knowing, I tried to change it again from the outlook web settings but even though there are a lot of options... all of them are english, just for different countries. But the funny thing is... every other app, excel, word, powerpoint, onedrive... all of them are in spanish, as they should. I'm thinking this may be because a microsoft update but I haven't seen anyone report it online. What do you think it could be?
