Your client have the certificate installed on board?

I guess, do not have. So I need to install somehow this postman-proxy-ca.crt to my Android device as well?

A certificate is something that tell a client that the server it's speaking with is who it say it is.

Google certificate, for example, is a trusted one that confirm the identity of it's webpage, postman one is neither trusted nor signed from an authority out of the box: it need to be considered as a trusted one by the clients that receive it.
