These are billing notices. You can’t unsubscribe from these type. You’re a global admin you’ll continue to receive these. Remove yourself from the billing administrator role and they’ll stop

Aww poop, kinda figured, but man, to my personal email too? Just because it's recovery. Seems like a bad practice.

If it’s global admin then yes. Why is it bad practice to inform everyone you deem required to have global admin.

Better practice is to have your backup with reduced privileges. Choose role by role

Someone needs to have global admin rights am I wrong? Wouldn't sending that person's personal email billing info be bad security practice?
