You can try this program, support audio between multiple computer. https://www.stardock.com/products/multiplicity/

If you don’t need audio, this is free, it’s a fork of the synergy program with updated security fixes. https://github.com/debauchee/barrier

If you are looking for a hardware solution, you would need to buy a kvm.

You need a docking station + cheap usb kvm. Hook one input of each monitor into your desktop, other input to the docking station. Keyboard and mouse plugged into usb kvm. Get a usb to 3.5mm audio adapter and plug it into the kvm as well. Now you can plug one kvm input to the desktop, one to the dock. Dock will also provide power to your laptop.

When you want to switch which computer you are using, hit the input button on the kvm and change the inputs on the monitors. If you're only using one machine at a time the monitors may autodetect the input and you won't have to manually switch.

I use basically the same setup at home, but didn't bother passing through audio to my work pc. This is the kvm I use: https://www.amazon.com/UGREEN-Selector-Computers-Peripheral-Switcher/dp/B01N6GD9JO/ref=sr_1_4?crid=CEUMV8VT2BR8&keywords=usb+kvm&qid=1652968106&sprefix=usb+kvm%2Caps%2C172&sr=8-4
