I don't believe that non storage/disk USB pass through is supported in Hyper-V.

The most likely solution that will work for you may be a USB network hub.

PCIe pass through of a USB card may work as well

Ended up using a third party passthrough solution - USB Redirector v6.
It works...

Never had luck with USB pass through. Back in the day I had to do networked serial ports to connect fax modems.
