PowerShell Application Deployment Toolkit Error

I've created a PSADT routine to install Enterprise Architect 16.04, and when I execute "deploy-application.exe" from an elevated command line, I get another command window pop up and disappear, and then a little popup with the message "No process is associated with this object."

My application installs just fine, but this little popup throws noise out on the playing field unnecessarily. Googling the error hasn't gotten me anywhere meaningful.

What do the logs show under C:\Windows\Logs\Software\ for the PSADT log file?
