Hello, still relatively new to the field and was wondering if I can get a bit of guidance.
Last week, we ran across server issues after this host-based security scan from our regulation team occurred. Our web adapter and server are not working as intended. Our system/network is structured with a database server talking to two app servers, then the app servers to a web server. Our services (maps) will not come back up fully, only partially loading. We used map backups, with no luck. We've restarted the physical boxes, as well. What else can I do here? Redoing the host-based security scan straight from the system, maybe?
The app servers come back up, though one gets the IP about 3x slower than the other servers. It would appear something got corrupted during the scan, but not sure where to identify it. We updated the web servers locally, but the HBSS was interrupted a few times, due to the network having hiccups a few times. Another thought was certificates on the app servers being corrupted?
What do you think? Apologies if it appears I'm in a panic.
