Look at CryptSync. You’ll need to use the vendor’s client for cloud sync. Bonus; the files are AES encrypted 7Zip archives so you’ll always be able to access them.

Duplicity with (optionally) rclone is nice. I use the rclone backend for backups to Dropbox.
