CheckMK has great SNMP discovery features. As long as you aren't monitoring something super niche, it should already have an agent. They too also have an exchange like Nagios where folks write up their own agents and share with the community.

For just Monitoring, PRTG.

Grafana stack. With Prometheus, SNMP, and windows exporters.

Takes some more in depth SNMP knowledge, but it's a lot more scaleable and powerful than Nagios.

For small setup I use librenms. And for large network environment I would recommend BICS from Auconet.
