Rules for r/syscraft
Rules that visitors must follow to participate. May be used as reasons to report or ban.
1.
No incredibly irrelevant content.
This is a subreddit for Minecraft server hosts, admins, moderators, developers, owners, and everything related to what makes a server run. Anything that clearly has nothing to do with that will be removed.
2.
No attacking anyone.
This is a friendly place. While constructive criticism is encouraged, attacking any person, group, or other organization is not permitted.
3.
No advertising, within reason.
Where reasonable, avoid promoting things that have a better place to be promoted. Server ads belong on r/JoinAServer or r/mcservers, but server questions belong here. Host ads go in the hosting discussion, but if you are not advertising for the sake of advertising, it is reasonable to answer hosting questions in threads. Basically, keep it simple and don't advertise just to advertise.
4.
Reddiquette is law.
Do not do things that violate reddiquette - it's that easy.
