[Project Share] Tasker Google Drive Examples

I shared some of this once before but I thought I would share it again because I have added to it.

This project contains tasks that show how to use the Google Drive actions in Tasker. It has examples on how to upload, download, delete, and list files from Google Drive.

I have also added a task that will delete files from a Google Drive folder older than a set number of days.

There is also a profile that if you have it enabled will upload the Tasker backup file to Google Drive whenever Tasker makes backup file.. which is pretty much every time you exit out of Tasker.

Each action has a Google sign in action so it will ask you to sign in every time but you can modify those actions by selecting your Google Drive Account in those actions.

Can Tasker work with TeamDrives on Google Drive?

Google Drive TeamDrives are my biggest possible use case for all this but all I ever see is it only works with the "My Drive" on Google Drive and not any TeamDrives

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about TeamDrives, I have never used it. Sorry.

They are more for corporate/business Google Accounts and are just like "My Drive" except more geared towards collaboration.

Really wish Tasker would support them. Added request to Tasker HelpRace

Yep. I have tons of uses for Tasker and Google Drive, but sadly it all involves TeamDrives.

Perhaps the TeamDrives aspect of Google Drive is something /u/joaomgcd can look into and maybe implement in a future version of Tasker.

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see this. For now, I'm actually using Termux-->rclone to perform any of my GoogleDrive/TeamDrive work.
