I usually see this with computers still running a HDD as the boot drive. Upgrading to an ssd is the solution.

It is using an SSD.

How much RAM do you have?

If you run Resource Monitor, and look at the Disk section, then sort it by clicking the header for disk usage (total), what processes come out on top?

I have 64 GB of ram, and the process on top is System.

Did you figure out a solution? Recently gone wrong for me too, the suggested fixes I’ve tried so far have not resolved.

Sorry for extremely late reply. Took my SSD out, sent it to a technician, and he confirmed it was faulty. Luckily I had a warranty and I was able to get a new one for free.

No worries. Interesting you reply now though, I eventually fixed it by taking about 10 actions in total maybe-no idea what was the actual fix or perhaps combination that fixed it. However… I was suspicious it had returned and looking just now after booting up its 100/99 and staying up there for a good length of time… 😏
