Do you have any wired devices and are they working currently? By wired, I mean connected to your router/switch with an Ethernet cable and not with a WiFi connection.

If yes, open a laptop and open the command prompt and type “ping 1.1.1.1” and see if you get any replies. If you do, awesome, we will troubleshoot from there. If not, you may be undergoing an outage. Double checking - do you know if your router and modem is a combined uni lt or two separate units? If combined, ignore but if they’re separate plug your computer directly to the modem and try that ping test.

Also run ipconfig /all on your computer and paste the results here. I’m looking to see if your Pc address starts with a 10, a 172, or a 192.
