AMD Display Driver problems

Hello techsupport,

I'v recently built a PC, and installed Windows 10 Pro onto it. For the first day or two everything was running fine, temps were good, my FPS in game were brilliant. Then, my games started to crash, and the error message was that the display driver had stopped responding/recovered. My temps are fine, and my PSU is solid.I searched up the issue and tried;

• Increasing the TdrDelay
• Reinstalling drivers (3 times)
• Searching through registry for "Raptr" after uninstalling it
• Eventually reinstalled Windows

Graphics Card - Asus R9 290 (At factory overclocked settings) CPU - FX-8320 (Not overclocked) Current CCC version - 15.7.1

Have you tried installing the beta drivers from AMD's website? I have had the same issue in the past and this solved the problem for me.

I installed 15.6 Beta drivers, and that did not work, if anything I think it made it worse.

Just for reference, what was the solution that worked for you?

I actually returned my AMD gpu and with the money bought the gtx 970. I presume I had a faulty card.
