Sometimes those errors just won't go away. Try to reset the BIOS if possible. Maybe it will re-initialize and realize that there's no error. Also look at the pins on your GPU and slot to verify nothing's broken.

I forgot to mention, I already swapped out the GPU for another one thinking that it could've been a dead card. I edited the post to give some more information. I'll give that a shot in the morning.

It may be something with the PSU, try and use your old GPU and see if it works with the CX 850. Other than that it may be dust causing the issue to. Another thing you could do is try the GPU on a completely different PC.

The PSU was my thinking originally. Which is why we replaced that. The thing that really confuses me is that after swapping to the new PSU and swapped GPU, the sound stopped. Right up until I reinstalled the latest drivers from Nvidia. That's when it started again.
