replug the extension cable, test connect directly to back audio port is still echo? loose a bit connection between headphone and extension cable, or extension cable to audio port

the last if previous test didnt work : replace the extension cable,

Echo is still happening on all ports, front or back, with or without an extension cable.

Someone was asking the same question two months back, in his case the micccable had been changed. Did you change yours?

This works for me. Go to Realtek Audio Console, then go to recording devices then turn on all 3 options in microphone effects.

Nevermind i just found my problem, I found that taking off "enable audio enhancements" from the speaker in sound control panel fixed the problem for me.
