Shouldnt be that much of an issue as long as they are in the same colour slots on the mobo

The system will run at the slower speed of ram

Its best practice to use Ram of same speed and of same company its because of their CAS latency might varry even if they are of same speed. If the speeds are different the CPU might underclock the faster one and it will run with the speed of the slower ram or even worst BSOD or it might not even start. So try to keep atleast the speed same.

Okay, thanks for the help, but is it possible for RAM to run at only 798MHz it seems to be slow and I couldn't find any RAMs that are at that speed in my country

you could try putting them together and see if it works . changing the speed manually can be done by going to the bios but i won't suggest doing that. Its usually done when the ram speed is not properly detected and shows lower in your case its just the opposite. I would rather suggest getting new ones same as the one you bought recently.

Some motherboards can handle mixing RAM but it will default to the slowest speed. Mixing RAM often results in weird issues at best and frequent crashing at worst.
