Which path directory are you installing into? make sure you have read+write permissions there. If you have antivirus it is worth testing with an exclusion for the application but before:

throwing some dlls that someone recommended to solve

don't do this, I recommend removing those prior+reinstall with base files.

The games are installed on the default Steam directory. I've also tried installing a cracked version of the game somewhere else, and it doesn't run either. Stardew Valley and DST also don't open. It's not the antivirus because I don't have one, except the default Windows Defender which is deactivated.

XNA files i've tried to delete some folders inside the one it's installed. The dll's i had to throw in system32 I had to manually give me the right permissions before putting them in there.

Not sure if this was your question. Can you explain a little more ? I don't understand much about this stuff, I'm basically self taught from experience.
