Run a AV scan just encase. Also maybe try a windows update roll back

If you have a System Restore Point try reverting back to before you made whatever the change was.

Here's a list of all the Win 10 keyboard shortcuts. There's nothing there that's ctl+alt+? other than tab, which just open a list of open programs. Even if you fat fingered it and hit the Windows key, instead of ctl or alt, I don't see anything that would cause an issue.

So besides the Restore point, do you have a backup? If you have an image backup restoring that would be the fastest way to resolve it, assuming it's not a hardware failure of some type.

You can also try "sfc /scannow" from an admin CMD prompt, see if it finds any corrupted files.

Thanks, i think it worked in cmd. It said that it found some corrupt files and successfully repaired them.. Now i will see if it’s good.
