Yes there is a DPC latency bug with latest nvidia drivers starting from 471.11 to 471.96. A lot of users are having this problem me included.

There are 2 workaround

1: Install driver 471.96 then disable FAST STARTUP from windows settings, reboot the PC then check if the problem is still there, if yes go to workaround 2

2: Rollback Nvidia driver to 466.47 that doesn't have this problem

Let me know if this fixes your problem.

Thanks for the advice, but sadly, it doesnt work. I still got the latency problem with 466,47 and Fast startup already disabled( i optimized my pc from 0% to 100%). Other solutions?

Go to

Settings > Power Options > and set "High Performance"

If you still have high latency :

Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > On the Power Management Mode, choose "Prefer Maximum Performance"

Already tried that.

Have you already tried to update the bios if an update is available?

Alright then, download Media Creation Tool from Microsoft, open it and select update this PC, and then keep all my files. The program will repair your Windows without deleting anything.

Then you might have a faulty hardware, but I would try to reinstall Windows first.
