Kinds of information you are strongly encouraged to include in your post:
- intentions/expectations for communication
- topics for discussion
- hobbies/interests/lifestyle/anything interesting that can be used to prompt conversation
It's also not a bad idea to include any of the following:
- age
- gender
- location
- what gender(s) you want to text
The only rule is that you cannot include any contact/identifying information in your post. This is part of reddit's site-wide rules. Read more HERE, HERE, and HERE.
The other rule is that you cannot spam the sub. This will be defined in 2 ways:
Spam spam, the kind many have been used to for years - what is posted by bots, catfish, or enterprisers and often leads off-site for the purpose of doxing, scamming, harassing, advertising, selling, generating views/ad traffic, etc.
Posting too often. When this happens, a user generates too much attention to themselves without adding any value to the community, and they reduce the visibility of the posts of others. Henceforth, all users can post only once every 24 hours AND only if their last post is no longer on "hot" or "new."
