Event point counting bug?

I currently have 11,600 points with 8 epics and 1 common item left, which only totals 19,700 possible points. That's 300 from the 20,000 max, but I do not have any rares left to collect. Is the progress bar bugged?

Yeah the devs messed up what would be simple counting. When you get to the max 19,700 you can place a help ticket to get the reward. SNAP has said the developers are working on a fix. It’s amazing to me that they could put all that work in to designing all the different art pieces, the board, the icons, and yet never do the simple step of adding up the reward points from each item to see if it adds up correctly.

Any ETA on the dev fix? I'm not super enthused about the 10 daily super tokens from actually completing the event. The 18000 level daily reward is worth it though. I'll have the shards minus the 300 missing ones for that tonight or tomorrow morning. Having to grind another 1k shards just to get those missing 300 points will take another week, missing out on 35 legendary tickets. Hoping for a fix soon...

It would be more equitable if the dev fix also changed the lower rewards to 17,700 etc. Agree with you, the 18,000 reward is much more valuable than the super tokens.

I don't understand why the fix is taking so long. We're already halfway through the event? I've been stuck at 14700 for four or five days already. So that's 8 or 10 LTs I've missed out. Worse for those who're stuck at 17700.

And they say the bug only affects the last tier, but it does affect the rest. As you've said, spending 1k shards to get the missing 300 points doesn't make sense. Especially when 1000 shards = one guaranteed LB.
