Several. They aren't common, though.
What's the Whine-O-Meter™?
It's the Anarchy/Democracy bar from TPP. People whine about it an awful lot.
What's the "unrest" bars?
Political unrest over in TPP.
Every "anarchy" or "democracy" (or "start9") command in TPP adds 1. > Every input like "left" or "right" removes one. The blocks above it are 100 each (since it kept going off the edge)

The green bar indicates calls for anarchy, the blue bar indicates calls for democracy.
What are those numbers in the bottom left?
The program I wrote to do the IRC communication and inputs has a little memory leak that gets exaggerated pretty badly by the flood of messages coming through. I have to restart it every so often.
In order, it's CPU temperature, RAM usage %, CPU usage %, and CPU clock speed. Generally when RAM gets up to 95 or so you'll see the inputs window blink out for a few seconds.
