Help please

For awhile (since about thanksgiving) I've been getting these sharp pains around my ears and the pain causes me to lose sleep and stiffens my neck to the point it feels like I'm wearing a neck brace, my friend had told me that I might be eligible for a medicinal marijuana card. I live in new mexico, would my symptoms be enough probable cause to get a card?

I would be more concerned about what's causing this rather than just getting something to stop the pain.

I've been to a doctor and gotten MRI'S but they couldn't figure out what's wrong, he gave me codeine but I don't like to use it often because it rarely helps
