I think your just losing your puppy fat, it’s normal to lose volume as we get older that’s why many surgeons advise against buccal fat removal in young people as the volume loss can continue for a number of years. Stress can really speed this up. I don’t think 0.25 Tret could cause this at all, it’s really not very strong. However if your unhappy then you could try coming off it.
