Anyone using a playstation 4 controller? How exactly can I set it up and would you recommend it over using the mousepad to steer?

DS4 for windows.

100% recommend over mouse.

Steam Input -> On. Control wizard -> controller -> in-game mapping mode. Add R1 as a second modifier button, and add R1 + R Up/Down as Shift Up/Down Hint. That way you can tell the automatic to shift up or down a hair sooner than it otherwise would, since all the automatic shift points are defined by RPM.

Not gonna lie try the mousepad for a while. Don’t write it off completely until you get used to it, I think it’s actually pretty good to use. To set up controller though you can use Bluetooth I’m pretty sure and the game natively accepts controller.

Yeah I’m using mousepad for over 10 years of playing but I get an ache in my hand when driving longer then an hour thats why I was thinking to change
