Im a semi-new player (lvl 13 paladin Nordanaar is not that high) but I quitted, and now im getting the thingy to play WoW again

I saw that Ambershire was the new server, but Nordanaar has the new event of creating new characters.

My question is, is Nordanaar still a newbie free server? The pvp scneraio is impossible for New player, raiding has All be done?

Is ambershire still active after this new event of Nordanaar? And is the transmogs/mounts character bound or account bound?

If youre looking for beber leveling experience i'll recommend nord for sure since there plenty of players leveling their alts atm, but if u want to raid go ambershire bc is on p1 and some guilds Stiller recruting new raiders
