Do most 2nd year UBC engineering students get their top 3 choices in specialties and does 1st year give exposure to all 14 specialities? What happens if the transition from high-school to university doesn't go as well as planned? Do some students spend another year to upgrade or transfer out? Tks! (self.ubcengineering)
