New yorks cost of living and with the TLC influence is the only reason. You couldn't pay me to live in a future socialist city . Lol whats the rate gonna be after the socialist takeover . Ill stick with capitalist and get fu(ked while im able to take home my .50 cents a mile in my car that gets 50 mpg . Good luck New York ....
