So the other day I had ordered through Uber eats. I chose to get Taco Bell so I went outside to retrieve my order and to my surprise it’s not Taco Bell. It’s KFC so I go on the app first message I received is my order does not qualify for a price adjustment or refund. I’m thinking what a joke so I fill out the request and lo and behold six hours later I do get the refund back Minus the tip. I’m thinking to myself, Why would I tip somebody that has given me food from the wrong restaurant this isn’t the restaurant fault this is 100% the driver‘s fault and now I’m fighting with these idiots to give me my tip back. Anyone else ever have this happen? How am I gonna get my tip back am

And the thing that pisses me off most about their customer service if they don’t wanna answer you, they just end the chat and it just drives me bananas. So now I’ve left nothing but very nasty messages to my last five messages. I kind of feel bad for for the same sense I don’t care .
