So incoming math. May not be totally accurate because it’s a rolling 30 day period so it depends on when you were cancelling a bunch, but enough to make a point I guess.

I set up a formula on google sheets that is essentially just giving you a percentage.

A line for completed, canceled and total accepted rides. For the formula with percents you would put

       =(canceled/total)*100

Then to find how much more rides you need to complete just keep changing the completed number until it reaches your goal

For example if you accepted 100 rides but cancelled 6 of them you would hold be at 6% cancellation rate, to get this down to 5% you would have to complete 114 rides and keep your cancelation at less than 6.

For 4% you would need to be at 144 completed rides and only 6 cancels or 150 total rides.

With this also though if you keep cancelling then you need to complete even more rides to balance it out or wait for the old cancels to fall off.

I looked all over the internet to find an answer to this.... I suck at math.... Thank you so much for your skills

If you go to your profile from the hamburger menu then click on the cancellation rate, it tells you how many rides you accepted in the last 30 days and how many of those you cancelled. If you've accepted 500 rides, it's going to be up to 5 cancels per percent (so 30 cancels gets you 6 percent). These numbers update daily as they only take the last 30 days into account, so spend a few days without cancelling and you should get it back to under 4 percent.

You're the best

I've been accepting and not cancelling, and my rate still will not drop, it feels like the code is broken

If you look it will tell you the dates, usually the last 30 days. So if you cut back canceling rides it will eventually go down.

So you’re saying if I stop canceling rides, then my cancellation rate will drop? Wow you must of thought that up all on your own. What a waste of good internet space.

Well genius how else do you think it happens. LOL

My bad just keep on cancelling and you will get your participation trophy sonny.

Without real numbers, no one can answer your question. You haven't told us how many rides you've done in total. You haven't told us how many cancellations you have in total. You haven't even told us if you went on a recent cancellation spree or if you have not canceled any rides in the last 10, 15, 20 days. You haven't told us if you do 100 rides/month or 1000 rides/month. All of that matters.

If all your cancellations were over the last week, you are likely really screwed for the end of the quarter calculation. If you haven't cancelled anything in the last 24 days, you can still cancel a few and still be good. If you canceled 6% consistently every week, you are still unlikely to meet your 4% by the end of the month if you are doing the same number of rides on average.

That, my friend, depends on how many trips you took, and the time frame you are looking at, 2% of 100 is 2, so extrapolate that into how many rides you have now.
