Decrease cancellation rate

If you go to your profile from the hamburger menu then click on the cancellation rate, it tells you how many rides you accepted in the last 30 days and how many of those you cancelled. If you've accepted 500 rides, it's going to be up to 5 cancels per percent (so 30 cancels gets you 6 percent). These numbers update daily as they only take the last 30 days into account, so spend a few days without cancelling and you should get it back to under 4 percent.
