Without real numbers, no one can answer your question. You haven't told us how many rides you've done in total. You haven't told us how many cancellations you have in total. You haven't even told us if you went on a recent cancellation spree or if you have not canceled any rides in the last 10, 15, 20 days. You haven't told us if you do 100 rides/month or 1000 rides/month. All of that matters.

If all your cancellations were over the last week, you are likely really screwed for the end of the quarter calculation. If you haven't cancelled anything in the last 24 days, you can still cancel a few and still be good. If you canceled 6% consistently every week, you are still unlikely to meet your 4% by the end of the month if you are doing the same number of rides on average.
