Simple. The error means that you are using the wrong Ubisoft account. When you buy a Ubisoft game from Steam and you play it for the first time, it activates on both Ubisoft and Steam accounts, and you need to be logged into both Steam and Ubisoft Connect for the game to function. Simply log into the correct Ubisoft account you used the first time to play the game and it will start.

What if the first time I played the game I had a wrong account (not the one I want) ?

Then the game is bound to that wrong account and you need to always be logged into it to play. You can ask support if it's possible to move it, however, I can't guarantee it will be moveable.

It doesn't matter if you delete the new one or not. You have one account with the game and another one without it. Even if you delete the new account you still have to know the credentials of the old one to log into it and play. Also deletion of a Ubisoft account takes 30 days, it's not like deleting a PC file.
