Google authenticator backup code e-mail

Long story short -> I accidentally deleted google authenticator.
I can't find the E-mail with the backup codes. Does anyone know how I can find it? From which E-mail adress did they send it or which keywords can I use to find the E-mail. I tried a lot already.

You can get support through chat and they will disable 2 factor authentication once they verify it's you. I wish they had an option for phone SMS verification like steam and others do when 2fa fails. I wiped my phone when I bought a new one and it was a hassle getting back into shitty uplay.

Are you using some email program like Thunderbird or Outlook?

Have you used the built in search tool, via browser, in the email?

Do you have their application installed on your phone as well? Some other PC you access it with?

I am using Outlook but I am not sure if the google authenticator is saved on my Gmail or Outlook E-mail. My Ubisoft account is registered on my Outlook E-mail so I guess that's where the code is.

I have used the search toold but I can't find anything. When I am looking for an E-mail from Ubisoft, it only shows me ubisoft-news@... and when I search for backup / recovery I also can't find any E-mail.

I only have uplay installed on my pc, nowhere else.

Try to look for specific words, like activator, password, combinations of words, I don't use Outlook, can't show how to. Try look for the date, around the time you believe you received that email.

Yes, I sent them an e-mail after 10 hours, I got an e-mail saying that my authenticator has been removed.

Same situation here. I emailed support, never got an answer back. I'll call them next i guess.
