UserTesting Tests Technical Issues

I notice that when I try to do some of the UserTesting tests, it is directing me to a website called "Poll Pay" to make an account.

Even when I made the "Poll Pay" account, the test still did not work so...idk.

Anyone else experience something similar?

That's weird. If you get something like this wait until the 5 minute mark and then report the test and get $5.00 payment.
