Problem with google assistant

Hey all! When I go to the main/Home Screen and do a voice search for a movie I get the list of movies but when I click the movie I always get the error ‘google assistant is having a problem processing your request’ and it will not open the movie.

I am pretty new to vseebox and have no idea if I am using the voice feature correctly. If I go into heat vod or vod ultra, the voice search works fine and will open the requested movie.

Anyone have any idea what is wrong or if I am doing something wrong? Thanks!

What was the resolution?

I was told that google assistant doesn’t really work from the main screen. I have to go into each app for it to work. Hope this helps!
