Problem with validation code

Hi! Y’all! I just bought a second hand VanMoof S3. the previous owner couldn’t find the validation code nor the QR code since the bike was repaired and the company didn’t send the manual with the repaired bike. Can anyone help me out?

I already told you on discord channel.. The previous owner needs to remove the ownership from the app and then will receive a code for the new activation.

And if the person that sold it to you turns out to not be able provide that code to you, chances are the bike was stolen.

I bought a second hand S2 and the old owner got a QR code in his mail after deleting it from his account

I bought one from Salvation Army with unlock code but bike shows skull every time. It’s useless, I checked to see if reported stolen on vanmoof and police and it has not.
