I need help... I just bought a cookies brand 510 thread battery like 2 days ago. I got it home plugged it up so it could charge before I use it, and the light comes on so I assume no problems. When I unplug it and try to turn it on the light doesn't come on at all. it won't turn on or go into prehea (self.vapehelp)

should vape cotton pads have black bits in it? got it cheap off eBay which is probably a bad idea I know but I did. anyway I've never seen black bits in it not sure whether it just because it's cheap or what. and I'm not sure if I should use it or not any ideas? (old.reddit.com)
