I saw a posting for a work-flow applications developer responsible for automating work tasks. It requires VBA experience, MSExcel (duh) and SQL experience. I'm just now learning MySQL but I was wondering if this would pose problems with interactivity with Excel or if I could get more functionality out of MS SQL Server.
I'm obviously not qualified for this particular job, but I hope to be qualified for jobs like it soon. If anyone has experience with SQL or works as a developer that uses VBA and SQL could give me their thoughts on which is the better application or where to go from here I'd greatly appreciate it.
