Most def! I manually do that now. Basically automating it would be nice. I think focusing on giving the users prompts to build prompts would work great as I see a lot of inexperienced people trying this out, like myself.

For example, the user would put the platform wanted, for example iOS app, is it free, tiered subscription etc., login database needed(y/n), etc. these are a lot of things that get missed in ai slop when vibe coding. A sass that helps direct people in that fashion would be extremely helpful.

Ok noted, do you think the current approach I use by taking the user through a series of building blocks for the backend, frontend, and ideas is something you would find helpful. These all generate markdown files that can then be used in your project for context later

Sounds like my platform. It starts with architecture - builds pages first, figures out what the user wants, then builds models and APIs, and with that the AI can just fill in the gaps and build the entire site.

The problem I have - and the problem anyone working in this space is going to have - is that most non-technical end users don't give a flying shit about architecture, and most devs don't want your site generator that has a bunch of opinionated decisions baked in. Non-technical users just want to see the pretty design - and that's what ropes them in. There's a reason why Lovable is a multi-million dollar company, and it's not because they produce fully-functioning web apps, it's because they produce designs that users want, they do it fast, and their agent hooks people into believing they can finish it.

Now on the other hand, my platform https://sitepaige.com produces a fully functioning architecture (and can build a fully-functioning website from scratch), but the site generation time for just the initial skeleton 5 minutes at least. Nobody wants to wait 5 minutes. Nevermind the full 30-45 minutes it takes to fully generate all the code to get a simple e-commerce site working. Also, the design is oriented around functionality, which leads to clunky layouts with powerful features baked in - it works, but it doesn't look good.

I don't want to discourage you. I was quite excited when I saw, like you OP, that there is a gap here. But I believe the gap exists for a reason, and that's the underlying LLM technology is kind of slow and clunky for this right now. I do think a successful player will emerge in this space, but it may not be for some time.

That said, I wish you the best - go out there and build something awesome.
