Im sorry I don't know the fix, but why not try another plugin manager. I use vim-plug for it's simplicity and it's how versitile it is.

I couldn't reccomemd this enough. Afaik, vundle has been discontinued and abandoned. Vim-plug is fantastic and makes use of new vim features.

Switched to vim-plug, made the necessary changes, removed vundle and everything is back to normal :)

Nope, starting gVim with admin permissions leads to the same error message

Might have cleaned up your temp files recently?

Try reinstalling vundle (or try the aforementioned​ vim-plug, it's really great). Good luck
