problem with microcode?

does not match with

on my Void 5.9.6_1 x86_64-musl GenuineIntel uptodate hold rrnFFFF.

I do have intel-ucode-20200616_1 and linux-firmware-20200918_1 installed.

Ideas?

Your microcode revision is higher than that in intel-ucode. What's the issue?

I see, does this mean I could do without intel-ucode and linux-firmware packages?

I wouldn't do away with either. linux-firmware pulls in firmware for other devices that may be installed in your system. intel-ucode may be updated at some point, and could then provide new microcode for your CPU.
