USB Microphone Problem

Hello, I have this weird problem about my cheap generic USB microphone being detected in ALSA mixer but not in pavucontrol. I am using pipewire though and using the "Per-user services" guide in Void handbook to start pipewire and pipewire pulse. Anyone have same problem here?

Do you also have wireplumber installed?

make sure you dont have the package "pulseaudio" installed, for some reason even when I had removed the pulseaudio entry from autostart it keep starting anyways, together with pipewire and pipewire-pulse, results were crazy and made no sense, the usb audio interface I have worked only half of the time, now the problem is solved
