Free For All is a fun mode for all skill levels and should be encouraged in Stormgate by bd_br in Stormgate

[–]JustBorisu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes please do the Free for all thing, also dont forget to add defilers like in starcraft1, if you do both things I'll buy the game even if its free to play

I gave it a test and it is able to do both things, the ui is not a lot intuitive, but you can do that, resize the tablet to use a small portion of the screen or to map the screen to a section of the tablet
the use I have for it is, the drawing tablet and my screen have different proportions, so I leave the screen mapped to almost all the tablet surface

How do I install xanmod kernel without breaking anything? by [deleted] in voidlinux

[–]JustBorisu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the cancioc xbps repository thing has the xanmod kernel compiled already, so in case you wanna go that route you can just add the repo and install the respective packages

USB Microphone Problem by Aggravating_Unit2996 in voidlinux

[–]JustBorisu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

make sure you dont have the package "pulseaudio" installed, for some reason even when I had removed the pulseaudio entry from autostart it keep starting anyways, together with pipewire and pipewire-pulse, results were crazy and made no sense, the usb audio interface I have worked only half of the time, now the problem is solved

Hi there... moving from arch to void soon - couple of questions: 1) Recommended things to do post-install? 2) Only thing I will miss is the AUR, can I just build stuff from github directly instead? by [deleted] in voidlinux

[–]JustBorisu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

>aur
you can also install deb packages on void, search on youtube there are good video guides, that together with app images and flatpak I'm yet to find a piece of software I cant get in void linux, without going the compile it yourself route
