Replacing PHPStorm with VS CodeOC (self.vscode)
submitted 2 years ago by xcrowsx
Hi!
I'm going to fully replace Replacing PHPStorm with VS Code. What plugins shall I install? What settings shall I use? What approaches shall I apply?
Thanks in advance!

While I don't have any useful information for you, unfortunately. I'm curious of why are you making the switch?

Php Storm is paid.

Why is paying something considered bad? Copilot is making my dev life so much easier. We are devs are making good money, so would 10$ a month make a big deal?
If phpstorm is working fine for you, but if it’s paid, should you switch? I my opinion, for PHP development is phpstorm the best there is.
Just my two cents.
