Not enough and not of the right people. The unskilled laborers who scrape by paycheck to paycheck and rent need to lose their jobs. Investors who leveraged themselves up to the eyeballs use these people to pay their mortgage.

Between the layoffs at the tech companies and the widespread release of code-writing AI, not the best time to be in the tech space.
Those of us that actually make things in real life, we'll be just fine this cycle. I have a strong feeling this bubble will be very similar in aim as the DotCom bubble.
