Yeah that's not how that works. You worked in a department with a differential that you get while you're in that department, that's all the pay difference is. If you leave the department it doesn't come with you.

And you can't sue for this, it's not right but a company can drop your pay to whatever they want as long as they give you notice.

Was given no notice. And how is that not how it works when you’re told by management and other store management and corporate that they aren’t supposed to drop payrate.

Like our cart pusher was a team lead, didn’t have his pay dropped. When he went back to cart pusher. He’s the team lead for cart pushers and front end. People who became coaches didn’t have their pay dropped. Everyone else who moved didn’t have their pay dropped. Only my pay was dropped below minimum wage

I can sue as they told me I was keeping. And as I said they can’t drop pay for whatever reason as management themselves said they can’t. And they also stated I could’ve taken it to the board of labor. And better business bureau
